If so, could you please provide details as I haven't had any luck. I've tried known-good settings for plain and SSL servers, different ports, even different SMTP servers such as Google. No luck. This is my #1 reason for using this kind of utility, so I know when there's a problems with my RAID 0 setup on my NexStar NST 272S3-BK. Failing a fix, can anyone recommend a different RAID Manager utility that supports USB RAID 0 drives?

Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be reset? It used to give me log item like the array is finished re-building or a disc has been removed. It stopped reporting items about a month ago. Product name SATA-HWPM-L firmware version vo.958(11/4) manufacturer Taiwan ODM flash no. 1

I've checked a PDF file and it appears that logs are stored and displayed in the Event Log Viewer section. I recommend downloading the PDF guide to see how the Event Log Viewer works and how does it have to be configured to display all the events related to the device.

The JMicron HW RAID Manager has an option to display the "Disk Information" by activating the button "Advanced". Then you get the disk drive information reported by S.M.A.R.T. Within the HDD "SMART Information" window you can see the temperature value of the selected hard disk drive ("ID 194" / "Temperature"). But it is not clear if the value is °C (Celsius) or °F (Fahrenheit). Do you know which unit is used? Thank you in advance!

I downloaded the software to test it, but since I don't have RAID setup, the software doesn't display anything. However, for most applications, regardless of the region used, the temperature is always displayed in Celsius. For a Fahrenheit value, you should see slightly higher numbers. A temperature for a HDD should never be above 50 degrees. I also visited the official website, but didn't find anything specific.
